The National Biodiesel Foundation met in Washington DC on November 20th. . The Board elected Colin Huwyler, Optimus Technologies CEO, as its newest director.  Optimus offers B100 technology for heavy-duty vehicles and brings additional technical expertise to the board. Director Danielle Brannan, Exec. VP of New Leaf, was elected Secretary and will join current officers Jeff Lynn, President; Mark Caspers, Vice President; and Lindsay Fitzgerald, Treasurer, on the Executive Board. Key topics discussed at the meeting included: the recent Congressional biodiesel tours, NBF’s EPA DERA award, 2020 Beth Calabotta grant, and 2020 sustainability projects
